Our Leadership

Shaunita Ervin

President & CEO

Shaunita Ervin is the Founder and CEO of JWC Industries, LLC, a government contracting firm that specializes in facility maintenance services. With an extensive background in finance, Shaunita brings years of experience working in governmental finance roles, where she developed a deep understanding of budgeting, accounting, and procurement processes. She holds both an MBA and a B.S. in Finance, which have equipped her to manage complex financial and operational tasks within both public and private sectors. 

In her role as CEO, Shaunita oversees all aspects of the company's operations, guiding it with a strategic vision to meet the facility management needs of local, state, and federal government clients. Additionally, she serves as the Project Manager for key contracts, leveraging her expertise in finance and her leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Shaunita's dedication to reliability, integrity, and innovation is at the core of her leadership style, as she strives to exceed client expectations while building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Outside of her professional role, Shaunita is passionate about entrepreneurship and community service, actively supporting underserved communities and women's organizations.
